Job Description :


To maximize retail sales and operating profit through proper control of inventory and stock in the show rooms.


Stocks Management

PI PIs to share with channel.

PO Follow up for POs from channel. Provide POs to WH upon receipt from channel.

Dispatches Ensure timely dispatches from WH & track the same with regional WHs.

Deliveries Follow up on deliveries at respective channel WHs/Stores and ensure movement to floor.

Allocations Share allocation with the channel partners/LS WH & location MCs

Replenishments Weekly replenishments against requirements from stores/FMS.

Base Stock Maintain base stock level & required product mix at all stores against store capacities.

Stocks Follow up with brand for on time in-house deliveries of new options/stocks and timely dispatches to channel/stores.

Pullbacks Ensure pullbacks of non-moving/post EOSS stocks from store to channel WH and back to origin WH.

Liquidation Highlight non-moving styles for proposing markdowns/liquidation plan.

Planning Option & Merchandise planning for the season at channel & store level.

RMS transfers and allocations for all regions.

Tracking deliveries through Order vs GRN.

Style grading for the season and order quantities to buy.

Dispatch Report Maintain a dispatch report to channel and all stores.

Reports and Analysis
Sell thru Maintain a sell thru report and update fortnightly.

 Take necessary action on inter-store transfer and replenishments.

Reports Follow up on sales and stocks reports from Channel on a weekly basis.

Sales Track daily/weekly/monthly sales Vs budgets and take corrective actions (Merchandise related)
Monthly performance reviews

Budgets for the season and monthly calenderization.

Coordination with Channel partners.

Co ordination with Buying and Brand team in terms of deliveries and performance,

Coordination with Finance and Planning for OTB working for the season.

Closely working with Channel partners on stocks movement
