Job Description  :

"Facilitate Regional Sales and Warehousing by effective cost and inventory management and secondary distribution while complying to Novartis Quality and HSE guidelines.

C & F Operations Preparation, review and implementation of SOPs pertaining to business processes and HSE / GWP.

 Conduct training to C & FC on SOP s, system, HSE/ GWP and business processes.

 Organise refresher training for concerned region as well as in C & FC conference.

Conduct periodic C & FC audits to review business processes, adherence to SOPs and HSE / GWP.

Preparations and follow-up on audit reports.

 Management of saleable and non-saleable stocks and destruction of rejected products as per company guidelines.

 Ensuring adherence to legal aspects Drug license, etc Write-off management of rejected products.

Support to Sales & Marketing Co-ordinating between S&M and C&F on all the core business service issues viz. , receipt of orders, despatches, collections, etc.

 Support sales and marketing and enhance customer service.

 Customer Service Enhancement of customer service through C & FC s Support to the C&FC s Dealing with other regulatory bodies such as sales tax etc.

 Checking of breakage/ damage claims. Checking and reimbursing C & FC monthly claims.

 Support to other functions Destruction of waste samples, promo materials, etc. Providing MIS.

Assistance to finance on Sales Tax matters. Supporting and adherence to guidelines on ISEC / HSE.

Warehousing Management.

Control and monitor stock movements (Receipt, Storage and Dispatches).

 Stock accounting and reconciliation. Adherence to SOP compliance in CFAs.

Inventory management Ensuring IRA, LIFR AS PER TARGETS Monitoring batch-wise stock integrity Write-off management of finished goods.

 Secondary Transportation Transportation planning and reduce transportation lead time and cost."
